A handmade vintage silver tribal pendant, embossed with the Hindu goddess Durga riding a horse. Durga is often associated with protection, strength, motherhood and destruction.

When silver work has patina; part of the piece is polished and the crevices darkened, we know it has been held and rubbed countless times between the fingers of its owner, calling on blessings and prayers to be answered.

This precious pendant has a history and a story to tell. We like to think of it as adornment that whispers in its own voice.
